HONGKONG'S INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT Hongkong: The spokesman of the Government General declared more than 800 industrial plants are at present operating within the boundaries of Hongkong. The principal produce includes textiles, tinned food, toilet articles, rubber goods, electric appliances and other daily necessities. The Government General is planning increased export of these commodities to other
ctions of the Co-Prosperity Sphere in exchange for necessary raw materials.
